How do I order and receive goods from Wato’s Family Butchery?

Anywhere on the Central coast

How do I know how much my order will cost?

Your order is based on a per kilo rate, therefore the actual cost of each item will be plus or minus 5% of the price listed. For you this means that you only pay for what you actually receive. The total listed on your confirmation email will be an approximate value. Once your order is packed and we know the exact amount payment can be made via cash or credit/debit card/EFTPOS at the time of delivery.

Deliveries & Fees for orders under $50

Deliveries under $50 incur a fee of $20.00 per order. To minimise this cost, why not have yours and a friend's order delivered to the one address? The goods will be packaged separately according to your individual orders, but only one delivery fee will be incurred, and if order is over $50 there is NO Fee. If you choose to have your goods delivered along with your friend's order, please just write a quick note in the comments box when you're completing your order so that we can ensure the delivery fee is only applied once or not at all when ordering over $50.

When are orders delivered?

After receiving orders we will contact you on your preferred phone number and organise a convenient time that suits you to deliver your meat.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order and are generally base on your delivery area. If you have a special order or particular requirements, the earlier you place your order the better we will be able to meet your requirements.

How will my goods be packaged?

Products are delivered in a recyclable box and packaged in cryocav or indervidually wrapped.

What if the goods that I want aren't listed on your website?

If there is a particular cut of beef, lamb, pork or chicken that you would like but it's not listed on the website, please send us a message and we'll let you know as soon as possible if we can fulfil your order.
